Rates
Workshop/Class in Main Studio - $100/hr + HST
Proposals & Small Ceremonies* - $130/hr + HST
*10 or less people. 4 hour minimum.
Whole studio booking - $2500/day + HST
Events with 10 or more people (workshops/classes not included) are subject to a custom rate starting at $5000 + refundable $2000 damage deposit + HST
We are not accepting raves/concerts at this time.
Parking
There is one free parking spot per booking. We have 3 spots at “Archipelago Spots” If you require all 3, please let us know.
The building has 5 additional paid visitor parking spots, which are first come, first serve to the left of the Main Entrance.
There is paid underground parking across the street at 158 Sterling.
There are two streets nearby that offer free parking. Perth Ave and Sterling Rd (one hour).

Lansdowne Lofts is an excellent location for small intimate gatherings including corporate events, intimate wedding ceremonies, proposals, workshops, and classes.
We are currently not accepting birthday parties or raves at this time.
All event clients are required to provide their own event insurance, classes and workshops excluded.
