Large Events/Weddings
$5000/day + refundable $2000 damage deposit + HST

We offer an array of lighting and camera gear for an additional fee.  

We also offer an assortment of props and furniture for free with a booking.

Equipment is available for external rental with proper insurance & equipment removal.

All shoots are to be paid in full at the time of booking to secure the date and time. Your due date will be listed on your invoice.

Payments are to be made via E-Transfer. We accept credit with a 5% charge.

Studio credit is available for any cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the start of your booking. The credit must be used in the following six months. Any cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to your booking can result in the loss of your deposit. 

Overtime fees start at $150/hr.

Discounts are valid once per purchase/booking.

There is no minimum booking for photographers. The Main Studio rate is $100/hr + HST. Absolutely no access to the mezzanine or rooftop patio unless otherwise booked. Accessing these areas without a booking can result in additional fees and loss of future bookings with the studio.

We only accept full day videography bookings

• $1300/day Main Studio Only (Weekends only)

• $2500/day Full Studio

Filming is only allowed in the studio unit, no filming allowed in the common areas of the building.

• Cooking allowed

• Electricity usage allowed

• Outside catering/food allowed

• Smoking/vaping not allowed

• Alcohol allowed with Permit

• No filming in common areas

• No raves

We are currently not accepting raves, birthday parties, weddings, or bachelor/bachelorette parties at this time. Insurance required.

Proposals and ceremonies of 10 or less people are subject to $130/hr + HST rate with a 4hr minimum.

There is a freight elevator available for use adjacent to the loading bay. 

The Main Studio is located on the second floor of the building, accessed by the freight elevator.

The Mezzanine and Rooftop Patio are only accessed by stairs.

The studio locks are remotely accessed by Lansdowne Loft staff members. If you are booking outside of office hours, we will send you necessary codes after payment has been received for your booking.

COFFEE: Feel free to use the kettle and coffee maker located in the kitchen. We do not provide beans. Water is provided.

We highly recommend Ethica Coffee Roasters for any drinks or snacks you need throughout your production. They are located downstairs in Unit 111.

FOOD: Outside catering is allowed. Cooking is allowed in our full kitchen.

ALCOHOL: Alcohol is allowed with a proper permit. Must be served by licensed vendor.

No smoking/vaping in the buidling.

Pets are allowed with prior discussion. Please include in your rental inquiry.

Our large industrial windows are north-facing. Direct sunlights comes through the windows in the early morning and late afternoon. Blackout blinds are included.

Covid tests are available upon request, we also offer disposable masks. All studio areas are throughly cleaned in-between bookings to prevent the spread of germs.
